For the price, the cigar box is gorgeous! High quality wood! The shipping carton is very well protected by the store, Quite honestly, one can do no more (bubble wrap, plastic corner protection, polystyrene ...) really great! But the carrier in France or Belgium still managed to make damage, an impact on the cigar box !!! Which is a shame... but it's small.

The product looks nice and well finished. The only from I found was the humidor. Even though I applied the water in humidor, the humidity level in the box won't raise above 55%. Note that my room humidity is 47%. Overall, good for its price, but I will need to modify it somehow, so that the humidity of the box will be around 70%.

Excellent product! Needs a good seasoning first (search YouTube for instructions). A calibration of the hygrometer is recommended (also check on YouTube). If you do the above you will be pleased by the results!

What I like about the store is how he/she protected the package. It was on a bubble wrap (1), then it was inside a thick cartoon/box (2), this box had plastic 8 corner covers (3), then the humidor was protected by thin layer of bubble wrap like plastic for any scratches (4). 4 layers of amazing protection and voila! Prestigious product arrived after 2mths to Canada (thanks Covid) but real thanks to seller for doing an amazing job! Much appreciated. Highly recommended. Haven’t tested the unit’s reliability so that’s going to be in additional feedback later months.
